BIOGRAPHY

I am a partner with Baker Tilly, a leading firm of chartered accountants and business advisors. I am based at their Basingstoke office and live in Winchester.

I have always been a keen traveller and try to get away as often as possible. So far my favourite trips have been China and a Safari in Kenya.

I have no similar experience of this sort of expedition and am looking forward to the challenge it will present. I have previously pushed myself academically and professionally but never physically.

I see this trip as a great opportunity to see just exactly what I can or cannot do. I have been very pleasantly surprised by how much I have enjoyed the training, particularly the more technical aspects.

I have been a member of Winchester Round Table for four years. Our main event each year is the Winchester bonfire. Weather permitting, this raises over £20,000 each year for charity.
